Liability Waiver & Release

Please read carefully before signing. This is a legally binding document.

Important: By signing this waiver, you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for injuries or damages. Read fully before agreeing.

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned Athlete, acknowledge and understand that marathon training and distance running involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Musculoskeletal injuries including strains, sprains, stress fractures, and overuse injuries
  • Cardiovascular events including abnormal heart rhythms and, in rare cases, cardiac arrest
  • Heat-related illness, dehydration, and hyponatremia
  • Falls, accidents, and injuries caused by road, trail, or weather conditions
  • Psychological stress associated with high-volume training

I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or loss that may result from participation in a training program provided by Ndur.

2. Medical Clearance

I confirm that I have consulted with, or will consult with, a licensed physician prior to beginning this training program. I represent that I am in suitable physical condition to undertake marathon training and am not aware of any medical condition that would make participation inadvisable. I agree to immediately notify Ndur and seek medical attention if I experience any unusual symptoms during training.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of Ndur providing coaching services to me, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ndur, its owners, coaches, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action arising from:

  • Participation in any training activities prescribed or recommended by Ndur
  • Any injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from such participation
  • The negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to my participation in training activities, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

5. Emergency Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency where I am unable to provide consent, I authorize Ndur to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf. I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such medical care.

6. Acknowledgment of Independent Judgment

I acknowledge that I am free to modify, reduce, or stop any prescribed training at any time based on my own physical condition and judgment. Ndur's training recommendations are guidance only, and I retain sole responsibility for decisions about my own body and training.

7. Severability

If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Voluntary Agreement

I have read this Liability Waiver and Release in its entirety, I understand its contents, and I sign it voluntarily and of my own free will. I am at least 18 years of age, or if a minor, my parent or legal guardian has signed on my behalf.

Cookie Policy

Effective date: 10.2.26 · How ndur.life and the Ndur client portal use cookies and similar technologies.

1. The Short Version

Ndur does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any other technology that follows you across the web. We only store what is strictly necessary for the client portal to work.

2. What Cookies and Local Storage Are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar browser feature that lets a website remember small pieces of information on your device. This policy covers both.

3. This Website (ndur.life)

The public Ndur website does not set any cookies and does not store anything in your browser. When you visit, two outside services receive basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) as a normal part of loading the page:

  • GitHub Pages, which hosts this website, may keep standard server logs for security and reliability.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used on this site. Google states that it does not set cookies or use this information to build profiles of visitors.

4. The Client Portal

If you are an Ndur athlete, the client portal uses your browser's local storage only for strictly necessary and preference purposes:

PurposeWhat is storedType
Keeping you signed inA secure login session token issued by Supabase, our database and authentication provider. It is removed when you sign out.Strictly necessary
Remembering your display choicesSmall settings such as which portal sections you have collapsed and whether you dismissed the "Add to Home Screen" prompt.Preference

None of this information is used for advertising or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

When you choose to connect your Strava account or make a payment, you are taken to Strava or Stripe. Those services may set their own cookies on their own websites, which are governed by their respective privacy and cookie policies, not this one.

6. Your Choices

Because we only use strictly necessary storage and simple preferences, there is no cookie consent banner on this site. You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Blocking storage for the client portal will prevent you from staying signed in.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them. The effective date above shows when this policy was last changed.
